Inversiones Popatlal, S.L.



Commercially known as Comercial Hispano Brasileña (CHB), Inversiones Popatlal S.L. is a third-generation family-owned company founded in 1980 mainly dedicated to importing fashion apparel for wholesale.



For over 40 years it has designed and sold thousands of garments and accessories for men, women and children ensuring a balance between quality/price. The guarantee of this balance is reflected in an excellent track record, good reputation and brand awareness in the tourism sector of the Canary Islands.



The garments, manufactured mainly in Thailand, India, China and Indonesia*, are distributed from its two warehouses, located in Polígono Costa Sur in Tenerife (825 m2) and Polígono del Sebadal in Las Palmas (400 m2).



*All factories have the BSCI certificate" (Business Social Compliance Initiative), a code of responsible ethical conduct created by the Foreign Trade Association of Europe with the aim of involving all links in the production chain in a series of measures to ensure full compliance with labor rights and minimum production standards.

Pierre l'amour is the flagship and most recognized brand. It offers an extensive catalog of men's fashion that includes shirts, polo shirts, safari shorts, and chino shorts.




PL4 designs the swimwear collection for men, women and children, using top quality materials such as LYCRA and regularly keeping up with market trends, applying innovation and the search for beauty in each garment.




PL4 Natural focuses on garments with a natural approach, both for its current Ibiza and sailor style patterns and for the materials used for its manufacture, 100% cotton from Thailand and India.




Prem is the most urban and youngest brand, focused on the design and creation of T-shirts and sweatshirts with a trendy approach.

1985: Opening of TENESPORT, first store in Playa de Las Americas.




2000: Closure of the store to focus the business on wholesale.




2010: The company expands and, without abandoning its wholesale business, resumes the retail business by creating Frailova Canarias S.L., dedicated to exploit boutiques located inside hotels and starts its activity with Hotel Anthelia Iberostar, Riu Buenavista and Roca Nivaria.


The good results led him to open new spaces at the Riu Arecas and the Riu Palace.


Subsequently, the Riu chain opted to eliminate the commercial premises inside its hotels little by little, so the stores of the Riu Buenavista, Riu Arecas and Riu Palace closed their doors by decision of the chain in 2019.




2012: Opening of COCO BEACH on Paseo San Telmo in Los Cristianos. Closed in 2020 due to the crisis derived from Covid.




2019: Opening of VALMI, in the Aquamarina shopping center in Puerto Colón. Closed in 2020 due to the crisis derived from Covid.




2021: Opening of 2 new stores inside the Hotel Roca Nivaria, maintaining the first store and opening 2 more stores, being able to specialize each store; Roca Boutique, Roca Bikini and Roca Bazar.




2022. Opening of a store in the Jardines de Nivaria Hotel.
